  • With 5 comfortable bedrooms, everyone has some privacy and can get a good nights sleep after a relaxing day in the sun or whatever.
  • Togetherness is great but, in our family different groups always seem to form for a time. With seating areas on both floors and the large porch, everyone can find a space to comfortably gather.
  • For the kids, there are games and Netflix videos. For our kids, the porch has always been the perfect playground, other than the beach of course. Check out our ships wheel where the house has been sailed into many an adventure with countless pirates repelled as they came over the rail.
  • Do we eat out, cook up a feast, or have something brought in? Hussey House has a fully equiped kitchen as well as an outdoor grill. Tybee has many restaurant choices, some of which have delivery options. Whatever you and your crowd are in the mood to do, Tybee offers many great choices.
It's About Location!
  • Hussey House's mid-island location puts you away from the hotel crowds at South Beach and North Beach. However, it is just a short walk or an easy bike ride to North or South Beach, the pier or Tybee's downtown.
  • Situated on the beach-side, there are no busy streets between you and the beach.
  • The beach is just right there! So on beach days if you need to put the little ones down for a nap or need a bathroom break - no need to pack everything up and spoil everyone else's fun, Hussey House is just a few steps away.
  • The public parking lots are located (I'll bet you have guessed already) at North and South Beach, making 10th street much quieter and less traveled.
